RETURN OR REFUND POLICY.
All products are produced on demand. When dealing with personalized, printed and customized purchases for each client individually, Kustom Ace Print Shop S.L. does not accept returns or refunds except in the case of a defective product due to production failures. In this case, the customer can contact us and KustomAce will have the necessary means to solve the situation. KustomAce reserves the right to request the return of the original product as a requirement to process refunds.
Due to the same reason above, KustomAce does not accept changes to products unless they are defective products either factory or production. In the case of an exchange due to a defective product, KustomAce will send the replacement of said product at no extra cost. The error in the choice of size is not accepted as a reason for exchanges or returns. For this reason, we strongly ask you to make sure that the size requested is correct. What is considered a production failure or error:
